Employees from the Philippines

Filipinos have a very good reputation worldwide as hardworking and reliable people. They are stable, reliable and loyal employees, excelling in flexibility, precision, patience and enthusiasm for work. They are mostly Christians and you can expect them to be calm, grateful, modest and well-mannered. They are usually interested in a long-term contract.  Philippine nationals are bound by the regulations of the Philippine government institution POEA to comply with the rules of cooperation between the Philippines and the receiving country. Philippine employees must remain with the first employer for the duration of the first employment contract under heavy penalties and cannot change employers for at least the first 2 years of their stay in the Czech Republic without a valid reason.They are reliable employees who do not drift from job to job.

Employees from Georgia

Service after the arrival of employees

We provide employees and employers with a comprehensive post-arrival service from the first day of the employees' stay in the Czech Republic – without burdening the employer and his personnel department.

After the arrival of the employee to the Czech Republic, we will provide:
