The TopNest was established as a result of Michaela’s personal successful managerial career in major international companies, where she specialized in labour law and personnel management. At the beginning of her career, Michaela worked in a law firm, where she provided legal services to corporate clients in the field of labour law and personnel consultancy. She has personally participated in a number of personnel projects focusing on stabilizing the job positions of employees and their motivation. As part of the personnel strategies she created, she successfully recruited new employees from the Philippines, Ukraine, Vietnam, Bali and other countries, focusing on expertise and reducing turnover. Her personnel strategy included the adaptation of foreign employees to life in the Czech Republic, where great emphasis was also placed on the quality of their personal lives and building a fair relationship between employees and employers.
Currently, Michaela continues the project of employing foreign workers through the TopNest, which was established with the approval of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and is an accredited international employment agency. Her personal intention is to further develop the project of intermediating jobs for foreign workers and thus try to help the development of economy in the country.
