During our visit to one of our waiter training centers in the Philippines, where locals learn the skills needed for a successful career in hospitality, not only at home but also in Europe, we were once again impressed by the comprehensiveness of "the students" training.
The training includes:
- Professional service and etiquette
- Effective customer communication
- Hands-on experience with serving food and drinks
We tried to capture some parts of the training:
Participants learning the basics of table setting and preparation.
Practical training in serving guests in a real environment.
Being a waiter is not just about serving food and drinks. Waiters are a key part of the customer experience. They are responsible for:
- A friendly and professional welcome for guests
- Recommending dishes and drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience
- Quickly and efficiently resolving any issues
Filipino workers are a great asset to the quality of Czech hospitality. Their dedication, work ethic, and ability to adapt to a new environment are incredibly valuable. The training centers we collaborate with prepare workers who bring their skills and friendly approach to restaurants and hotels across the Czech Republic.
We are always delighted by the effort and enthusiasm of all the students and their determination to succeed in hospitality, whether in the Philippines or in Europe.
